Great, friendly place. Excellent prices and food. Gluten free pancakes are amazing. Omelettes are also very good. We drove from Oregon and made sure to stop by on our trip because we love this place so much! Best orange juice ever!

Slow, unorganized service, unfriendly waitress. I'm not one to complain about food, I eat pretty much everything even if I don't particularly like it. I had the veggie burrito and it was one of the worst breakfast burritos I've had in my life. For $10 I was hoping for a lot more than cheap eggs, green peppers, and giant chunks of onion.

Amazing place for breakfast in Billings. Don't ignore it because it appears to be a hotel restaurant. You won't be disappointed

When they tell you a waiting time, double that time and I’m you might get in at that time. Susan is always flustered and has made me want to stop coming to Stella’s because she always tells the wrong time and even skips me for the next table.

Some of the worst service I've ever had. We were told a table was ready, but then asked if we wanted patio or inside. Chose inside, thinking this was an actual choice. Hostess muttered nevermind and walked off to clear a table. We would have taken patio if we knew that was the only thing available, but were not given the option to say that.After we were seated, we waited 10 minutes without any contact from a waitress. I asked the hostess if our waitress knew we were there. She responded in a very rude tone, but came back to take our drink orders. I asked for a large orange juice, but was later brought a small.The food was mediocre. I ordered bacon cheese hash browns, and one was still frozen on the inside. When I asked for a refill on my orange juice, I ended up being charged for it.Very disappointed, as this was the first time I tried this restaurant. I won't be going back here.

It’s NOT Stellar at Stellas. Pretty surprised to see all the good reviews here. Ordered traditional Eggs Benedict, what I was given was eggs cooked almost hard on a grill not poached, and 1 thin slice of deli ham, not the thick slice in the picture. My husband asked for his hash browns extra crispy, he got them served luke warm hardly touched by a stove. Here we are only supposed to be at half capacity due to covid and Stellas is full, seating everyone next to each other, not one single wait staff wearing a mask, only saw one lady wearing gloves, and the one lady washed a table in front of us using the same bucket water they used on other tables- way to help flatten the curve Stellas!

Food was awesome! We got a bunch of different items. Eggs Benedict was AMAZING, husband got the chicken fried steak and said it was wonderful. We also got biscuits and gravy that were so good. Our 9 year old got the crepes, she wasn't too hot on the filling because it wasn't super sweet but she is 9! I thought they were great! Our waitress was wonderful and she was so patient with a 3 and 1 year old.

It was a great breakfast! The bacon was delicious! My waffle was not too crispy and soaked up the syrup just like I prefer it. We has a very nice waitress. It was very pleasurable.

Wasn't overly impressed. Got the cinnamon roll plate with eggs and bacon. The cinnamon roll was warm, and very filling. Maybe I got the wrong thing.

So delicious! Ordered a big ole cinnamon roll and was not disappointed. Couldn’t even finish it but so worth tasting.

Checked Google for a gluten free option and I found this place. I entered with skepticism and left with a new favorite place on my route route Montana. The service is wonderful and authentic. The food is delicious despite being gluten free!! With numerous options. Amazing gem.

The best cinnamon rolls I have ever tasted. They definitely can be cut in half and shared between two. The frosting incredible and I never though once that I wished I had more frosting (which is commonly what I think of when buying cinnamon rolls). I wish I would have taken a photo. DELICIOUS!!

New owners are terrible, when asking for toast instead of a muffin with my omelet they wouldn’t make the substitution. The customer is always right and changing toast is not a big deal. Terrible terrible new owners. Better get your act together and learn from the previous amazing owners because that’s when Stellas was amazing. Now it’s going down hill!!!!! I do not recommend this place unless they go back to the original roots that Stellas was built on. So annoying.

Place was busy so I understand things being hectic. Food was amazing. It just took forever. The staff were fairly nice.

As soon as I walked in I could smell sweet pastries! I knew this was gonna be a slam kranker! Build Your Own Omlette was amazing! Had home made style English muffins with cottage cheese. Staff friendly and attentive. I highly recommend!

This was our second trip to Billings a second trip to Stella’s. We came from Sioux Falls SD heading to Yellowstone, and made the detour to Billings for Stella’s breakfast. Sounds crazy but true. The food was cooked quickly, correctly, made to order and delicious. I should also mention it was piping hot. Service was friendly, courteous, and kept our coffee cup full. Did I mention the food was delicious. When we make it back through Billings you can bet we will go to Stella’s.

This is a fantastic place to have breakfast or lunch. The food is absolutely amazing. The service is great. The absolutely deserve being #1 in Billings for breakfast. The waitress was super friendly and helpful. I do suggest if your going to eat here, don't leave without having one of there over the top delicious cinnamon rolls. They also have delicious homemade pies and treats. Everything they make is homemade and fantastic.

The best baked good in the city. Breakfast here is top notch and they will feed you coffee till you beg them to stop. I always enjoy an outing at Stella's.

We're passing through Billings and needed a quick bite before we took off. Stella's was around the corner, so we put a to-go order in for a breakfast sandwich and burrito. Great portions and quality ingredients! Love the bacon on the sandwich and all the onions and bell peppers in the burrito! Everything is well balanced and flavorful in a clean way. Plus, the bread is killer! Wish we grabbed a loaf on the way out. I did snag a honey bear which I am excited to try later. If you want a straightforward, tasty meal, check out Stella's!

Billings Downtown staple. I have come to this establishment for years. They have friendly service and delicious food. Fairly large choice of options for dining. They have fresh baked goods and soe of the biggest cinnamon rolls you have ever seen. Grab one to go...

NOT accommodating to vegetarians or vegans especially. They don’t have options other than pancakes, waffles etc.and to customize a dish like eggs Benedict with avocado instead of meat, they charge you extra (2.95) and have to get approval from a manager. Every other restaurant in Billings will do the substitution at no extra charge. Bernies, 406, Montana Club, Montana Jacks all have AMAZING food and will gladly customize a simple vegetable swap for meat. Pretty disappointing.

This is a Billings Montana MUST DO! Great menu, fresh ingredients, food was hot, portions are monstrous and taste was phenomenal. I'm going back tomorrow! Only open till 4pm? What?!? 😳 I guess you better go for breakfast or lunch. Great bakery products, all fresh made here? Crazy awesome! I guess you can choose gluten free, dairy free wheat free but I like real food on my plate. 😎 Lori was so patient with us never being here and bug eyed at the menu!

They should thank the Doubletree for the recommendation first of all, it's a clean, nice place. The pastry in the display looks amazing. The pancakes were spot on as well. I did order scrambled eggs, simple enough. The were scrambled, poured onto a griddle, cooked flat and folded into its shape. There was no fluffiness, creaminess, softness ...but that might be a norm here. The staff was very friendly, outgoing as well...dont get me wrong, maybe I travel too much, I'm an ex chef as well. It draws a nice following so it's nice to see loyal customers. I did ha e the choice of fresh squeezed or concentrate orange juice....that doesn't happen often..next time, I will go with the regular eggs, and pass on scrambled..

Ordered a breakfast burrito and received a giant delicious feast. Saved half for lunch. This place has a full bakery down stairs so all bread products are fresh. To a trucker like me this place is a hidden treasure. I will come back every time I'm in town. Can't wait to try their other dishes.

The customer service was amazing! Greeted with smiles and very helpful. Our waitress was very attentive and got everything we needed. Very friendly place. We felt very welcome! Food is outstanding!! I ordered their monster pancake "meal" with eggs, bacon and sausage. The pancake was huge! It was very good! Cooked all the way through perfectly! Not doughy at all which I sometimes run into with big sized pancakes. I also ordered their fresh squeezed orange juice. Delicious! My husband ordered their special which was french toast, eggs, and bacon. Excellent! The bread was so thick! It was drizzled with strawberry sauce and topped with whipped cream. We definitely recommend this restaurant if you're in Billings. Top notch restaurant!!

I am a disabled person who can not eat everything like everyone, I am staying at the clock tower hotel where the breakfast is included with Stella kitchen. On June 26 2020 I went to have my free breakfast 1 fruit cup and one egg over easy, very good and no problems. On June 27 I went to Stella kitchen again and ask exactly the same, 1 fruits cup and 1 egg over easy and they told me no that they have to charge me and they will no accept any substitute at all from their menu. THIS IS HOW YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS, REMEMBERERS I AM A DISABLE PERSON, I AM DISABLED YES BUT I AM A HUMAN BEAN. I HAD TO LEFT WITH NO BREAKFAST, YOUR ARE LUCKY BECAUSE THE LOWER SCORE THEY ALLOWED ME TO GIVE YOU IS 1 STAR, FOR ME YOU DESERVE MINUS 10 STARS
